The CCBA is a not-for-profit organization, offering a variety of basketball programs for Caledon children and teens.

Philosophy
The Caledon Cougar Basketball Association believes in developing basketball and interpersonal skills of each participant. Our goal is that each participant reaches his/her potential through a developmental program which begins with early skills development and progresses to House League and/or Rep Team play, in a safe enjoyable environment which focuses on fair play and good sportsmanship.

Objectives
1.     To promote and develop the sport of basketball in the Town of Caledon.
2.     To promote and coordinate the development of athletes, coaches, officials and administrators within the full spirit of volunteerism.
3.     To promote and encourage participation in the sport of basketball as a means of improving fitness and developing leadership and sportsmanship.
4.     To address the needs of all participants and create a safe environment in which each participant has the opportunity to realize his/her potential.
5.     To ensure basketball remains an affordable sport for all participants.

The CCBA (Caledon Cougars Basketball Association) is associated with the following:

1.     Affiliate with the Town of Caledon - Recreation and Property Services.
2.     Member of Basketball Ontario.
