General Guidelines for all Programs:

We cannot run this program without the gyms that are available to us. To ensure that we maintain access to these facilities, we must treat them with respect. Use only the entrances and areas of the school that are designated in our permits. Avoid food and drink in the gym areas

Players are requested to leave all valuables at home. The CCBA will not be held responsible for lost items. No jewelry can be worn on the court during games! Wear only basketball shoes that are non-marking.

Please note that this is a drop off and pick up program due to school board permit rules.  Parents who drop off their children are asked to ensure that the program session is running before you leave. On occasion a program may have been cancelled without advance notice. (bad weather, power failure, a burst water pipe, etc.) Also ensure that your child is picked up on time. It is unfair to expect our volunteers to stay behind.

For games in which referees are assigned, it is expected that all players, parents and visitors will respect all calls made by these officials.

Timers and scorekeepers will be needed to officiate the games. Please volunteer your services.

For the programs that involve 'participation scoring', players and parents are asked to become acquainted with the system before the season begins. Convenor's will outline all of the details at each site.

Together Everyone Achieves More.
